Is "To Do" Ever Done?

This unusual blog, to which people submit their "To Do" lists, makes me wonder how many of those items ever get done.

Far too many "To Do" lists only result in depressing their authors because, as Getting Things Done author David Allen notes, they list vague projects instead of the specific actions that will complete the project.
