Purple Cow Marketing

Seth Godin has found a cookbook that goes against the doctrine that the best meals involve a lot of work.

Its slogan: "Nothing is made from scratch."

Naturally, it's a hit.

[This follows my own practice of avoiding "authentic" whatever restaurants. "Authentic" often means "unimproved."]
