The Washington Post reports on the charges regarding the death of Freddie Gray.
That's what we have a criminal justice system for. When a man dies in mysterious circumstances while in police custody, there are all sorts of questions that need to be answered.
We don't have a "verdict first, trial later" system.
A careful application of justice, of course, doesn't involve burning down or looting a completely innocent person's property.
Once upon a time, that was common knowledge.
