Ahh
I sat in my car and made notes. Later, at the meeting, people talked about challenges they face on the job. I listened carefully, asked questions, saw a pattern, and later made notes. When late afternoon arrived, there were more notes but something important emerged; things were fitting together.
Now the thoughts go into the purposeful neglect stage. I'll give them a day or two and then review them with fresh eyes. There might be some changes but I doubt it. Everything fits neatly. Nothing is forced.
