Train Nostalgia
I recall taking the train from Phoenix to Tucson. It was a short but pleasant trip and since I was young I assumed that such service would not only be available in the future, it would be even better.
No such luck.
I have to go to a meeting in Tucson today. The drive isn't bad but I'm thinking of all of the work I could get done going to and fro on a train.
The train service might be restored in order to reduce the highway traffic. That's the least of my concerns. I want a portable desk.
