Taught a workshop on discrimination issues today. I'm as old as or older than the parents of many of the class members. It struck me that a majority of those present were not around when many of the laws were passed and they may not have a sense of how far we've progressed. Perhaps they do.
Anyway, it was quite enjoyable. One of my favorite workshops. My nickname for it is "Europe in One Day" because we cover such a wide range of subjects. That means it has a rapid pace and the old dog of an instructor is ready for traction when the session ends.
But it is a nice traction. Mission accomplished.
