When I was in the fifth grade, a kid brought a box of bubble gum cigars for the class. The teacher handed them out; one per student.
This caused much amusement. I recall the teacher laughing as one boy pretended to flick ashes onto the shoulder of one of the girls.
Try imagining that happening in today's fear-driven, oh-so-correct, litigation-crazed society.
