A man told me, "That couldn't happen. They wouldn't do that." He went on to talk himself out of his belief and then back into it again.
Drawing on my experience with organizations, I sat and listened, all the while thinking, "It could happen and they would do it."
Take the characters off the stage and they are different people. Remember the powerful influence of roles.
All organizations are, in essence, theater companies.
