Strive for the above three. All are difficult at times. All pay off enormously.
When you think back to times that were hardest, there may have been a deficit in clarity, wisdom or courage; perhaps even in all three.
I often urge organizations to adopt the values of Open, Honest, and Supportive.
For individuals (and this certainly includes my own flawed self), I'll go for Clarity, Wisdom, and Courage provided they are wrapped up in a nice package with Honesty and Integrity.
