The Battle of New Orleans

A friend sent the link to "The Battle of New Orleans: A Meaningful Victory" and I thought, in my medicated haze, "Okay, I'll give it a look."

I'm glad I did. 

It is fascinating and gives an often-neglected view of the battle.
