What I'd suggest is to meet with each of them individually and to ask if there are three things they'd like to see changed and three things they hope won't be changed. Don't criticize the previous supervisor, of course, but get to know each team member. Let them know that although you're certainly not Santa Claus, you're interested in being supportive and in removing any unnecessary barriers. Basic guideline: Do what you say you will do.
