I say this as a consultant who teaches workshops on Equal Employment Opportunity, harassment prevention, and communicating in a diverse workplace: if Chris Wallace and Joe Biden think that the classes that Donald Trump banned in the federal government were mere "sensitivity training" sessions, they need to look much more closely at the content and nature of those sessions.
Such sessions go far beyond mere sensitivity. They have a distinct political agenda and divide far more than they unite.
