Bits of Rudeness

A brief and not terribly informative Time magazine article on diversity programs that warn against "microinequities."

My take: The training is probably fine but many of the offenders will slide back into their old ways unless there is consistent leadership by example from the top as well as prompt punishment/correction when standards of conduct aren't met.

If that doesn't occur, then another sin will have entered the workplace: hypocrisy.
