A long day. Had rain leaving Phoenix. It cleared up by Buckeye and Gila Bend and then it was prime desert driving. Little traffic.
A Harrier jet was landing at the Yuma Marine Air Station as I drove by. Fascinating airplanes.
On the radio: Reports that the Minutemen group is going back to the border. The governor has already ordered the National Guard down there. This should be interesting.
