Here's a sweetheart of a story from the Workplace Prof Blog:
A woman's supervisor goes in for a routine operation, has a stroke and dies. The woman, being a caring and kind person, celebrates at the office, declaring it was God's judgment (you have to read the story to get the full sense of the bizarre tone), the employer fires her and she sues under Title VII alleging religious discrimination.
