Disneyland has redone its Pirates of the Caribbean ride and the new version is getting rave reviews.
BTW: The original plan back in the Sixties was for a pirate wax museum. [Snore.]
I haven't read the reason why the new Pirates movie with Johnny Depp wasn't released for the July 4 holiday, but since that film and its sequel were filmed back to back in a hurricane-prone Caribbean, that may have been one of their lesser concerns.
