One often wonders if they ever get real-life users to test these things before they are unleashed upon us.

As if their software flaws weren't enough, PR guru Shel Holtz has a tale of Microsoft's thinly-veiled (and quickly exposed) attempt to torpedo Google via a not-so-stealthy campaign.
