Nine Cs

Francis Adams examines Lee Iacocca's Nine Cs of Leadership.

With all due respect to the guy who once saved Chrysler, I'm sort of underwhelmed.

One thing about the list, besides the pedestrian nature of it, is that it's almost impossible to determine what the "do" is for most of the items. It's all part of the business book formula that requires a list of points, preferably all beginning with the same letter.
