An interesting story about the formation of the R Team and "R" didn't stand for Research.

What a smart guy that guy was to finally tap some people who, he says, were unhappy. Most likely with the status quo.

I would venture that most CEO's would start their tenure by wanting to rid the place of malcontents, not embrace them and learn from them and debate with them.
