Leadership Tips

Check out Wally Bock's advice to a young man about leadership.

He's right. There is far more to be learned about leadership in the biographies of leaders than in books about leadership. There's even more to be learned by the practice of leading.

Leadership is not so much a role as it is a responsibility. And it certainly is not a caste.

Hi Michael, Thanks for sharing such wonderful resources. I loved the leadership advice which is very apt. We learn the most by studying other leaders and not leadership books. We become leaders by experiencing, experimenting and enjoying what we do.

Great!
