  2. What can we do?
  3. What are other ways of doing this?
  4. What if we don't address it at all?
  5. Specifically how should we do this?
  6. Exactly when should we do it?
  7. How will we or the organization benefit from its completion?
  8. What are the assumptions?
  9. What are the costs?
  10. Could this be better done by someone else?
  11. Is time an ally or an enemy?
  12. Can this be easily reversed?
  13. How will this change us as individuals and as a group?
  14. How will this change our world?
  15. How will this appear to others?
  16. Is this ethical?
  17. Is this wise?

It's a great technique. Catch them when they think the interview is over and when their defenses have been lowered.
