Does the project have too much money, too many people, too much time, or too many goals? Does it have too much attention and too much praise? Have the expectations shot through the roof? Are the leaders too comfortable and too pleased with their progress? Is their thinking a little too much in sync? Isn't there a maverick in the house? Beware of too much.
