Oddities in Life

  • Doing a favor for someone often evokes less good feeling on their part than if you ask them to do a favor for you.
  • A great hostility can be held by would-be perpetrators against the innocent person who refuses to be a victim.
  • The person who talks the most about how much he or she works is usually one of the least effective employees.
  • "Not" is a word that is often overlooked. "No" is one that is often underutilized.
