What is "Real Union" in Chinese?

Isn't some caution in order when there's news about a second Wal-Mart in China gaining a union?

I mean there are unions, and there are unions, and since Communist regimes have traditionally been unfriendly to real labor unions, it is appropriate to wonder if this one is simply a tool of the Chinese government. It would be a handy way to check the company's power.
