Dangerous Instincts

So often:
  • We hide out when we should go out.
  • We make assumptions when we should be analyzing.
  • We add "just a few more remarks" when we should be silent.
  • We blow up when we should take a walk.
  • We construct blame where no blame is legitimate.
  • We expect change from the unchangeable.
  • We rely on wishes and call them plans.
