Ethics: Seldom Raised Questions

  1. Should this department continue to exist?
  2. At what point can we say that our mission is accomplished and we should disband or severely reduce?
  3. If we have been working on this situation for ____ years and conditions have not improved, to what extent is it our fault?
  4. Why should divisions or departments that spend less be punished?
  5. How many employees and managers are poor performers? Why are they still here?
  6. Why is more work piled on the shoulders of the best employees?
  7. Is the relationship between management and employees one of allies or adversaries?
