Can't say it was the lowest bid - since there was no bid at all. This elderly art loving and obviously religious lady just took it on herself to do this without permission.
Graffiti I guess...sometimes ya just gotta leave it to the pros...
Or, as is often said, pay me now or pay me later... :)
