Don't Be a Stranger


The client didn't expect tales of great progress, at least not at this point. All that was expected was a call or an email with a brief update - even no news at this stage - but which really said, "We haven't forgotten you."

That was all. 

And the more that is done, the more the client feels in control.

Control is a good feeling and it always, always, always beats feeling neglected.
