As a public service, Cultural Offering has shared the recipe.
I plan on making them.
After pointing out an earlier posting of the recipe to a close relative, she promptly prepared several batches and declared that they are indeed excellent.
They are so good, I might note, that not a crumb came my way but then the mule train from her cabin may have been ambushed.
