In most cases, a good day is one where:
- The planned activities out-number the interruptions and
- There are no unpleasant surprises, no matter how small,
- But even if there are, you know how to respond
- Because you know that your ability to predict the future is limited
- And so you have built flexibility into your schedule and your plans
- And you know you can control your reaction far more than
- You can control events and with that in mind
- A good day is not necessarily one that was filled with fun but instead is
- One where you have made a positive difference and
- Achieved a great deal.
