Fasten Your Seat Belt

This is going to be one interesting presidential race.

We may get nostalgic for the warm and cuddly days of 1964 and 1968.

In 1964, I was an 18-year-old Marine. I could die for my country, but I couldn't vote and couldn't drink in most states. Ahh, the good old days!

Wally,

I would have liked to have seen a compromise that would have kept 21 as the voting age for civilians but 18 as the age for those serving in the military.

No such luck!
