"The Gift of Fear"

I was so impressed by The Gift of Fear by security consultant Gavin de Becker that I pushed every member of my immediate family to read it. One of the book's observations came to mind yesterday: he'd found no instance of workplace violence that was not preceded by warning signs.

Obviously, an act of terrorism does not deserve the label of "workplace violence" but consider how many warning signs were ignored prior to the Orlando killings.
