This article from the Washington Examiner on political bias in hiring decisions is interesting. It has caused me to re-think my usual structured interview questions about the NATO alliance.
True story: I was asked a political question during a job interview with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission! After the practice hit the newspapers, the EEOC quickly ended the practice. They said the questions were simply used to determine if the applicants followed current affairs.
