Does Criticism of Islamist Extremism = Bigotry?

Bruce Bawer's extraordinary book While Europe Slept, which is about the threat to Europe from extreme Islam, is catching some bizarre and unfair criticism.

I think Bawer wrote a thoughtful and worthwhile book.
