How Busy People Tick Off Co-Workers

  • Never returning phone calls;

  • Frequently failing to keep promises;

  • Sending abrupt e-mail messages;

  • Changing prior plans and not telling others of the changes;

  • Routinely missing deadlines;

  • Failing to give appropriate credit;

  • Treating subordinates as intellectual inferiors;

  • Not considering the work loads of others;

  • Making casually cruel remarks.
