Michael - I spent the morning reading reports from them. They are the government. They are more than happy to organize every aspect of our lives. If the plan doesn't work, they will make more plans (which don't work either). Time to switch reading materials.

The amount of money that is spent complying with regulations that do nothing has to be mind-boggling.
I say that as a consultant who advises employers on compliance with federal regulations.
