No Pain, No Gain

What is the single most efficient exercise regimen? This sounds plausible to me.

Yes! I am far more exhausted when I do 10 rounds of all-out 50m sprints than when I do a steady 25 minute jog. And, done much quicker as well. Here's a great article on Why Sprinting is Essential from Mark Sisson:
