Drafts and More Drafts
I've been consumed by a mega-project lately involving the writing and rewriting of various findings and recommendations.
The objective is the same one I use with my training sessions: Provide practical information that is easy to understand and which can be put to immediate use.
The "easy to understand" concept is the most challenging part when complicated facts have to be made digestible. As a result, there are many versions, in part because there are many audiences and the points have to reach each one.
Think. Think. Scribble. Scribble.
