Yesterday morning, I had coffee blended with grass-fed butter and coconut oil, plantain chunks fried in coconut oil, a dirty chai with full-fat coconut milk, 4 eggs, 6 sausages, about 12 slices of bacon, and a little bit of fruit. I had probably around 200 grams of fat before noon. Not even kidding. Feeling great!
Later in the day, I did a crossfit workout for as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats. I got 21 rounds in - one more round than the last time I did it.
I don't normally eat like that, especially without regard for the source of the meat (pastured, grass-fed is far better). I also typically eat more vegetables than vegetarians do, so a day like this is certainly out of my norm. But, I certainly don't fear fatty food. Rick,
I read your routine and then took a nap.
Keep up the good work.
