You've heard of sites in which students can rate professors. A site that permits users to rate bosses anonymously has just started.
As the word gets around, it should be an interesting study in human psychology. Will more people be willing to pay a minimal fee to praise or to condemn?
I imagine there will be few people in the middle; e.g. "My boss is okay, I suppose. Doesn't bother me much."
