• Catching up with an old friend.
• Uncovering a new insight.
• Taking a shower with a fresh bar of soap.
• Discovering a great and prolific author.
• Washing the car while listening to a baseball game on the radio.
• Watching a good person succeed.
• Having a nice conversation with one of your children.
• Riding a bicycle.
• Sitting on the porch or the patio and slowly reading the newspaper.
