iPad Setup

This post by Matthew Lang on his iPad setup has reminded me that I need to play some catch-up when it comes to technology.

[Loud laughter from other room.]

Although some may suspect that I still use a dial phone, such jibes are unfair. I abandoned that at least two or three weeks ago although a smartphone still eludes me. I have a Kindle but not a Kindle Fire or any tablet and, being a cheap dog, have not made the leap to an iPad. Several readers have suggested less expensive tablets but my main hesitation is justifying any tablet purchase as being beneficial for business. 

Tablets look fun but aside from consuming information and being able to show clients some neat slides, how will one help a management consulting practice?
