Lawyer in Shorts
Althouse describes the case of a lawyer who tried to appear in court while wearing shorts. The clothing choice was due to a medical condition. I side with the lawyer but a toga would have been a much better choice..
The judge was being an asshole. ~~~~~~~~~~ But this reminds me of something I just found out this morning, and I'll pass it along... You Tube now has whole episodes of "Rumpole of the Bailey" a wonderful, quirky British series that I loved. I watched one this morning, but I noticed another one wanted a subscription fee to view.
