I've never seen any neutral incrementals.
The little items which incrementally add up to a lot are either going for you or against you and they are sneaky. Your calendar probably won't read "Waterloo next Tuesday" or "Olympic Gold Medal on Friday" but it can contain items which over time will lead to pleasant or unpleasant results.
Watch out for those suckers.
