Slow But Good

Got up later than the usual 4:30 or 5:00. Put out the flag to celebrate William Henry Harrison and Millard Fillmore. Retrieved newspaper from driveway. Groaned that The Wall Street Journal is off for the holiday. Made breakfast for and discussed world affairs with the dog. [Dog agreed that the Nazis and the Communists are always out there.] Took front section of paper to wife who was still lounging in bed. Had some Earl Grey tea and a couple of slices of toast. Reviewed work list for the day.

Slow start but the day is sunny and promising.
