More Than Your Appointment Book
If your appointment book is used solely for the purpose of booking meetings and keeping addresses, then where do you schedule time for planning, analysis, and execution of the actions that will move your work forward? Where do you write down the time commitments for forecasting? Administration? Reading? Studying? Professional development?
Perhaps we are misled by the book's title. It should not be called an appointment book. It should be called a progress book.
