"Is that going to work?"

A key question. It needs to asked more often. When the answer is given, have your radar ready to catch any of the following:

1. "We think it will work."
2. "It should work."
3. "Our research indicates that it will work."
4. "It worked before."
5. "We cannot think of any reason why it wouldn't work."
6. "It is the best approach we could devise."
7. "Of course it will work."
