If You are Going to Goof Off

There is much to be said for intentionally goofing off. It is far superior to those times when we unconsciously goof off. The latter moments provide little enjoyment or refreshment while producing loads of guilt.

If you need to work, work. If you need to goof off, goof off.  If at all possible, avoid the pathetic in-between. It is bland and unsatisfying.
