Thomas Sowell pokes some holes in the multiculturalism arguments.
I've always been bugged by the hyping done by many diversity programs. All it does is to damage credibility. It's nice to see someone with Sowell's stature take on the diversity = better productivity assertion.
I think diversity is great, but don't oversell it. How do you explain the success of Toyota?
