This was an easy one to predict: the College Board and the testing company are being sued by a student over the incorrect SAT scores.
Think of how mature it would have been if the people who received inaccurate scores had simply said, “There are mistakes in the world and this was one of them. I’m moving on with my life and am not going to sue.”
That is, of course, a dream in a time when people scramble to get their kids into the right kindergarten as part of a long-term scheme to produce a Yale or Harvard graduate.
